With the storm of outrage seemingly taking over the subreddit forum of the game Anthem, the lead producer of the game Ben Irving responded to one disgruntled poster, assuming all the responsibility for the state of all the Strongholds and listing the changes which they plan on doing on their own.
The actual major problem that the subreddit user Darthchrisshaw was experiencing was finally getting a major legendary loot. Unfortunately, it was locked behind a wall of fog and just exiting did not completely do the trick, even though others reported success with that particular method.
Subreddit user Irving said he is the one responsible for Strongholds and that the blame entirely lies on him, but offered some data and information on how they will implement this in the near future.
I just wanted to pop in here and generously apologize for an experience that is completely for a player that I am directly responsible for. As the lead of Stronghold, the buck stops with me. I can offer some quite descriptive explanations but at the end of the day, that does not change the experience at all, he wrote.
He pointed out that every backtracking fog wall in the Heart of Rage and the Temple of Scar will be disabled as of the new and recent 1.0.4 patch, which is already way behind us.
Unfortunately, patch v.1.0.4 of the game Anthem brought with it much more than just multiple fog wall fixes, and although the aforementioned problem is quite a bit older, some of the responses ended up being pretty prophetic, proposing a lot of countless side effects of whatever change BioWare company make.
And indeed, that is how it generally played out in the field, with players burning over what they claim is a breaking patch of the game Anthem. In defense of BioWare company, they did react to the inventory issue pretty much quickly and very fastly, patching it up through a hotfix.
In case you did not catch it, the bug which came with the last patch of BioWare made the players of Anthem pick up loot into the inventory of everyone which apparently wreaked havoc with inventory management of everyone.
Subreddit of Anthem is definitely not quite a pleasant place to be at the moment, because you would not find many posts that are content about any aspect of the game at the current moment.
You can find the post in question on the official website of Anthem, or check out the subreddit of Anthem for yourself.
